Competition commences 6pm AWST 22/04/2024. Entrants must submit entries by 11.59pm AWST 22/05/2024. The winner will chosen randomly and be announced via the @barbagalloalfaromeo Instagram stories on the 23/05/2024 at 9am and will be contacted directly via email. To be eligible for the competition the entrant must:
- The prize includes 5 x GA tickets per winner.
- Prize winners must be over 18 years of age.
- Hold a current & valid Australian Drivers License.
- Signed vehicle contract and have vehicle deposit paid on any current Alfa Romeo vehicles by 22nd May 2024.
- Prizes are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash and can be used for this event only.
- Winners consent to providing Barbagallo Alfa Romeo with their name and contact details and consent to the use of their name, likeness and image in media for the purpose of promotion.
- If the prize or element of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Barbagallo Alfa Romeo’s control, Barbagallo Alfa Romeo may substitute the prize or element of a prize of equal or greater value. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
- The tickets to the Optus Stadium are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. Barbagallo Alfa Romeo and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner and/or his/her companion for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.

The prize must be claimed by 23/05/24 AWST. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 24/05/2024 at midday AWST.

If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of Barbagallo Alfa Romeo, Barbagallo Alfa Romeo may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
- Barbagallo Alfa Romeo reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the promotion, the decision of Barbagallo Alfa Romeo is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The entrant will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that Barbagallo Alfa Romeo may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
