Ahead of the premiere of the latest James Bond film Spectre, Aston Martin has unveiled the DB9 GT Bond Edition. Limited to just 150 cars worldwide, and only five destined for Australia, The Bond Edition will cost $435,007.
DB9 GT Bond edition is finished in a custom paint named Spectre Silver, and is adorned with sterling silver Aston Martin badges, aluminium grille, vents and air intakes, plus exclusive “007 Bond Edition” badging.
Further separating DB9 GT Bond Edition from the standard model are 20-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels and a black carbon-fibre front splitter and rear diffuser.
Inside, the DB9 GT Bond Edition receives a numbered sill plate and special embroidery on the rear seats. The infotainment system also features a Bond-themed startup screen.
The special edition DB9 receives a more powerful version of the standard 5.9-litre V12.
With this increased power of 402kW, the DB9 GT Bond Edition can accelerate from 0 - 100km/h in just 4.5 seconds.
